Founder/Managing Member

From selling candy in elementary school (and donating a portion of the profits to the school) to collaborating with stakeholders on STEM initiatives for high school students, Abdul-Karim strives to develop his leadership skills in a way that will positively impact the community. With the initiative of growing his real estate company, Abdul-Karim intends to develop high performance residential projects which seeks to address environmental issues. 

An avid problem solver, Abdul-Karim is frequently call upon to assist both family/friends and professional colleagues. One day it was helping his parents pack shipping containers efficiently with school material for Jamaican students. On another day it was developing a $2M cost saving solution for a project. Whatever the problem of the day may be, Abdul-Karim seeks opportunities for better solutions. 

When not enjoying his career, Abdul-Karim continues pursuing his passions for martial arts and outdoor activities such as ice climbing and hiking. Abdul-Karim also serves as president of the National Society of Black Engineers - Central Jersey Professionals. He enjoys spending time with family and friends exploring the neighborhoods in and around New Jersey.
